I wanted to share my game’s new theme song which plays during the introduction:
Melolune main theme

And here is a quick link to the IGF demo of “Melolune” in case you don’t want to read that long babbling blog entry that I just wrote, haha (my apologies… I just can’t be brief sometimes):

  1. That was very pretty! It reminded me a bit of the soundtrack to Relentless. Wasn’t expecting the vocals, but it was a nice surprise. When I get the chance, I’ll play the IGF demo. I wish you the best of luck.

  2. This was just fantastic! I really love what you did with the music in your dungeons, I thought that was so innovative. Not to mention that the music was just beautiful, you have a lovely voice and a knack for creating memorable songs (I probably don’t need to tell you how long I had the “Zombies on my Lawn” song stuck in my head). This demo was very fun, and I wish you lots of luck with the IGF!

  3. Hi, I came across your site while browsing the IGF submissions for this year, and I downloaded and played your game. Can I just say, that was a breath of fresh air! I’ve seen so many music games that are just DDR spin-offs or some form of a winamp visualization. But your game was very refreshing and original, both the music element and the music itself. Keep up the good work! I’ll be rooting for you.

  4. I think the best thing about PvZ was discovering its incredibly talented and multi-faceted composer/singer. I haven’t played your IGF demo, but the music is what did it for me in demo 2, so if that quality remains, then I’ll surely enjoy the new demo. Good luck with IGF and beyond.

BTW, please do consider releasing a pure instrumental music album one day. As much as I love your voice and writing talents, I think your music outshines them both. =)

  5. Hello Laura!

I just found this site while looking at a game website. I haven’t played the game yet but the youtube video looks awesome. I will try it soon. What are the requirements for the game? I think it could be a nice title for carrying in one of those small laptops to keep playing on the go ^^ By the way I have a curiosity. When you finish the game are you going to sell it or will it be freely available ? Keep up the good work. Good luck!

  6. Hi is there a realese date for the full game version?
I will love the play it
